Sycamore Gap Special!

The Barbarians visit the non wheelchair accessible Sycamore Tree. Fortunately for the North East Barbarians we visited the iconic site on Saturday 24 June 2023 for a photoshoot. Sycamore Gap is most definitely not wheelchair accessible and it took a team of volunteers, 3 4-wheel drive jeeps, and the players had to dismount and climb up parts on their bums or be carried by the volunteers. This was a real mission and would not have been possible without the help of a local farmer and volunteers. The day was very special and now after the tragic act of vandalism, the day is held even more closely to our hearts. R.I.P.
